Ideal for community group meetings, local businesses that bank with us.
Coffee and tea are included with room bookings. We can also arrange catering from local cafes for an additional cost.
1. If a booking needs to be cancelled email both admin@bendigosunshinecoast.com.au and tewantinmailbox@bendigoadelaide.com.au to advise that the room is no longer required. Stating the date and time that the booking was for.
2. Wherever possible cancellation of a booking must be given by COB Day before.
3. Only one person is to enter the meeting room through the front entrance of the branch. All other persons attending the meeting are to congregate at the rear entrance of the building.
4. Meetings can only commence from 10:00am.
5. If your booking is for the large board room, please place all used crockery etc into the dishwasher in the kitchenette. If the dishwasher is in use, please stack neatly on the bench above dishwasher for next load.
6. If your booking is for the large board room, on meeting completion please leave the glass door open, so that the branch staff know the meeting room has been vacated.
7. If your booking is for the large board room, all attendees to depart through the rear door only.
8. When exiting the building please ensure that the door is pulled closed properly and cannot be reopened.
